We only accept PayPal for payment on all orders.
All items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We use Royal Mail to deliver most our items but some larger parcels are shipped via courier service. Standard delivery method is 48 hour which usually takes between 2-5 business days. Please allow at least 7 days for delivery as delays in the postal service are rare but possible. Note: delivery on some larger items is not available to certain remote areas.
Our customers are held in the highest regard and we do our best to provide you with a problem free service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) and would like to arrange a refund or exchange please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and we will arrange a return/exchange. Items must be returned in the original condition as received, including tags/labels still attached.
